The name gives it all away - this is a "No Sweat Session."
There's no need to be ready to workout. We just want to sit and chat.
We'll be waiting just inside the front door for you, ready to give you a quick tour and answer any questions you may have.
After sitting down, we will take the majority of our session to find out exactly what you're looking to achieve and how we can best help you meet your goals. We'll ask questions specifically designed to help us build your own Personal Success Guide.
As the session comes to an end, we'll make sure you have your Personal Success Guide in hand, and your road map to success laid out.
If at the end of your "No Sweat Session," you're ready to take the next step and put your plan into action, we'll book your first training session. If not, you'll still have a fully formed plan detailing exactly how to regain your health and find your fitness.
