WHAT IS SAGE YOUTH
SAGE Youth is all about the kids.
We've built a program with their futures in mind.
Our focus is 100% on helping each child become better athletes, better students, and better people by encouraging them to work hard, have fun, and develop healthy minds and bodies.
Kids in our program are gaining confidence, making better grades, and are more willing to help out with the day to day tasks life expects of us.

At SAGE Strength and Conditioning:
We believe kids were designed to be fit.
We believe strength and fitness carry over into all aspects of a child's life. And the stronger and fitter they are, the better they'll perform in school, on the field/court, and the more confident they'll be.
We aren't teaching kids how to take the easy way out and get away with it.
We're helping them learn the truth: hard work pays off.
We remember what it was like to be in Middle School and we know the role confidence plays in every child's life.
We strive to provide the best learning experience for every kid through our Best in Winston-Salem Coaching, hands on approach, and our engaging, fun training environment.
Every kid is different. But every kid will benefit from physical training, greater confidence, more strength and better coordination.
